Welcome to our first two year barrel aged spirit. This a corn moonshine made in the Appalachian style. It was made used a sour mashing process to give a different mouthfeel.
On the nose is citrus and sweet cut grass. In the mouth it is soft smooth and sweet with hints of caramel and corn and finishes with a mild pepper delivered from the Angus Creek Shiraz barrel that we used used to age this one.
